This Palo Santo Pack features 5 (4") sticks of Sacred Palo Santo Wood. Palo Santo translates to 'Holy Wood / Sacred Wood' and comes from Peru. It is believed to cleanse the energy in the air and inspire creativity when burned. It is known for its calming, grounding and healing properties and smells amazing (like an earthy Frankincense vibe). It also has traditionally been used as an antiviral/ anti bacterial disinfectant since it is so rich in limonene, and is said to also help with anxiety, depression and inflammation. 

To burn your Palo Santo Stick, hold a flame at a 45 degree angle to the bottom of the stick for a few seconds, until the wood starts to glow and is lit. Blow it out gently if it ignites - so that it's just kind of smoldering, with a stream of the healing smoke wafting. Each stick can be lit several times!
